WANT TO TRY OUT A NEW INSTRUMENT or continue with your current one? We will be offering private lessons during the summere as well as summer music camps ... Glee Choirs, Vocal-Mad Classes, Ukulele Groups, Guitar Intensive and Rock Camps. Other camps may be added as required.

CHRISTMAS CHOIR
Sing onstage at the Downtown Abbotsford's famous Christmas Tree Lighting on Sunday, Dec 4. Go caroling in Downtown Abbotsford - think hot chocolate & Christmas Spirit! Practices are held Saturdays at 10:30 AM starting on October 15. Give us a call if you love to sing!

A reminder that our Christmas Recitals are this weekend. Please feel free to come and enjoy the music even if you are not performing!
Performances on Saturday are at: 9:30 AM; 11:00 AM; 1:30; 3:00
Performances on Sunday are at: 9:15 AM; 11:15 AM; 1:30 3:15
Please bring a non-perishable food item or an unwrapprd toy for the Abbotsford Food Bank
There are lessons after the recitals – our last lesson day before Christmas Holidays is Monday, Dec 19.
Lessons start again on Monday, January 2.

Our year-end recital and get-together for our adult students was on Friday, June 10 in the A&D Rehearsal Studio. A fun-filled musical evening for students & teachers alike!
A&D MUSIC RECITAL & FESTIVAL
Saturday & Sunday, May 28 & 29, 2011 - A&D music students had their annual festival & recital weekend at the Coast Hotel in late May. In the 2 days and over 20 hours, we heard incredible students performing a variety of styles of music. Some of the TMA piano & keyboard students moved on to the District TMA Festival held on June 12 in Tsswassen, BC...this was an amazing experience for those who participated.
Congratulations to all!

TMA (Tritone Music Academy)
Exams - our next set of exams will be held in April, 2011. Exam forms will be available in the last week of March.
Did you know that TMA exam diplomas can help you get into selected music colleges & universities throughout Canada? Also, that among the music schools in Abbotsford that teach TMA, A&D is the only one having a certified TMA examiner on staff?
